Dr Kirsten Seale is a bioinformatician and data analyst, specialising in DNA methylation and its role in human ageing. She holds a PhD in Bioinformatics from Victoria University, an MSc in Physiology and a BSc (Hons) in Human Genetics from the University of Cape Town. Her graduate research involved developing advanced statistical pipelines for analysing large-scale methylation data to quantify feature of epigenetic ageing in humans. Currently, Dr Seale is a Bioinformatician at TruDiagnostic. With a strong foundation in bioinformatics, data analytics, and scientific communication, Dr Seale is dedicated to advancing our understanding of ageing through data-driven research.
